Sweet Strawberry Topping Recipe
Use this sweet strawberry topping recipe for panna cotta - or strawberry shortcake! Or do what I do and just eat it by itself...topped with a dollop of whipped cream. Yum! You just can't go wrong with this recipe! Makes 2 cups
This one is simple! In a bowl, mix together your sliced up strawberries and sugar. Toss together, cover and throw in the refrigerator overnight. Then use it to top your favorite dessert...like - panna cotta! By the time your panna cotta is set and ready to be served, so will your strawberries! Spoon a little onto each custard and you've got a winning dessert on your hands!
