Simpler than simple, this easy fruit salad recipe consists of three basic ingredients.

Halve the canteloupe and remove the seeds with a spoon. Slice into wedges and then peel off the skin of each individual piece. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
Wash and drain the blueberries. Make sure to sift through them, looking for any that are still green and sour.
Mix the two fruits together in a bowl and sprinkle with the sugar. Toss gently, cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 2 hours.
Serve in individual bowls with a healthy dollop of panna, or whipped cream. Then enjoy the fruits of your labor! ;-)
